Easter Activities at Kids Cook

Fun cooking and baking camps and classes at Easter for kids of all ages.

As Easter is fast approaching, you might be looking for a way to keep the kids entertained during the Easter school holidays. Why not take a look at the Easter activities we are putting on here at Kids Cook in Clonee?
We have Easter camps for kids aged 5-13, an Easter Baking Workshop for any young, aspiring bakers out there, and if you are looking for something that all the family can enjoy, check out our adult and child baking classes. 1. Easter Cookery Camps for 5-9 year olds.
A fun, educational camp, where kids learn essential cooking and baking skills with their peers.
When: First and second week of Easter school holidays.
Time: 10am for 2.5 hours.
Cost: €90 for 4 days.

2. Easter Cookery Camp for tweens (10-13 year olds)
A hands-on workshop designed to help young teenagers to become independent in the kitchen, giving them a repertoire of skills and recipes that they can recreate at home.
When: First and second week of Easter school holidays.
Time: 1:30 – 4:30pm. (3 hours per day).
Cost: €125 for 4 days.

3. Easter Pizza and Easter Baking Workshop (5yrs+).
A fun, sociable class where kids will bake and take home some Easter treats such as warm cinnamon buns and carrot cake muffins (for Easter bunny)!They will also each make an individual from freshly made dough with a selection of toppings. During the workshop, they take a break from the kitchen to sit and enjoy pizza and a drink with their peers.
When: Thursday 13th or Friday 21st April
Time 1:30-4:30pm
Cost: €35

5. Easter Adult and Child “Hidden Surprise” Cupcakes Class
Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Godparents are all welcome to this adult and child class. Each adult can bring one or more children. Family groups are also welcome. Minimum age is two year’s old. Together, you will learn how to bake these delicious chocolate cakes with a hidden mini crème egg inside! Take them home to enjoy together. A great Easter family activity to do. With the added benefit of leaving the mess behind in our kitchen, no cleaning up!

When: Easter Saturday – FULLY BOOKED
Time: 10-11am or 12:30 – 1:30pm.
Cost: €20 for one adult and child, €28 for one adult and two children,

What’s included?
All ingredients, tuition and drinks. Aprons provided. Students are advised to bring along a food container to take home the goodies they make. You will take home something that you make from all of our Kids Cook classes. At the camps, the kids are also provided with a meal (that they cook themselves).

The team at Kids Cook is passionate about teaching kids the benefits and fun of cooking and baking in a friendly, safe and comfortable environment. Kids Cook is based in Clonee, just off the N3, minutes from the M50 on the border of Dublin and Meath. Kids Cook is easily accessible from most parts of Dublin, Kildare or Meath and looking for a great activity for your kids this Easter.

Kids Cook is a cookery school especially designed for children, with child-friendly equipment and utensils, including our exclusive KiddiKutter safety knives, which allow kids as young as three to cut and prepare foods safely without cutting themselves. Our work stations are adjusted in height, and we have extra steps for the little ones who need an extra boost. Our team is great with kids and passionate about cooking and baking. Our school is a safe, friendly, comfortable environment for kids to learn in.

Directions to Kids Cook.
Take the Clonee / Damastown exit off the N3. This is after the Blanchardstown centre if travelling Northbound (e.g from city centre or M50). Continue straight ahead, through traffic lights. After 100m, you will arrive in the main street of Clonee, passing Fonthill creche and Aldi on your right. Just after this, you will see a narrow left turn, with a black and white building on the corner. Kids Cook is in this building. Take the left turn and you will shortly see kids Cook. Free parking is available in the back of the building.
From the M50, Kids Cook is approximately a 7 minute drive. Take the Cavan/Blanchardstown exit off the M50, (junction 6), follow the signs for Cavan, to join the N3.
