It may be school holidays, but kids can’t afford “brain drain” now. To re-charge them for back to school in January, why not send them to our “brain training” 2-day camp on January 2nd & 3rd? Tasty recipes using “good-for-your-brain foods”, food science experiments, and creative play!
A great way to make use of the spare time during their school holidays, Kids Cooks camps are fun, educational and sociable. And more importantly, indoors! If you want more details about what’s involved in a Kids Cook cookery camp, click here.

Foods such as eggs, oatmeal, strawberries, blueberries and fish are known to be good for enhancing brain activity in kids. Sometimes, it’s difficult to get kids to eat these foods. Here at Kids Cook, we have come up with some tasty recipes using some of these foods. At our New Year camps, kids will learn hands-on, how to make them. We find that they are far more likely to eat dishes that they have made themselves, and will try new foods in front of peers, that they may refuse to eat at home. Below are sample recipes that we will be doing.
Mini frittatas
Brown scones
Blueberry muffins
Oatmeal cookies
Fish goujons and homemade chips

Also on the schedule for these camps – food science experiments and creative play!
