Foods such as eggs, oatmeal, strawberries, blueberries and fish are known to be good for enhancing brain activity in kids. Sometimes, it’s difficult to get kids to eat these foods. Here at Kids Cook, we have come up with some tasty recipes using some of these foods. At our New Year camps, kids will learn hands-on, how to make them. We find that they are far more likely to eat dishes that they have made themselves, and will try new foods in front of peers, that they may refuse to eat at home. Below are sample recipes that we will be doing.
Fish goujons and homemade chips
