Kids Cook school tour workshops provide a great mix of fun and education for students; they get an introduction to the basics of a very valuable life skill and can take home what they make to their parents. For teachers it’s great too – they don’t need to worry, we provide all the tuition and supervision required. But don’t take our word for it, read on to see what the schools who visited us last year had to say.

“Our class visited Kids Cook in the summer term of 2015. First and Second class (a mixed group of 27) had a wonderful time in the super kitchen environment, using child-friendly utensils, while they were guided by the Kids Cook teachers to prepare delicious lunch for themselves followed up by healthy, crunchy cookies to take home.
Meanwhile, teachers didn’t have to lift a finger. We were nearby, but relaxing, plied with coffee.
The children remember it fondly, saying “it was spectacular, wonderful, yummy”, we loved it, you might like it too.”
Some other good points about Kids Cook: It appealed to and suited children of various abilities, temperaments, boys and girls as well as SEN pupils who were cared for exceptionally well. You won’t have to worry about weather, supervision or keeping the kids focused. I would highly recommend a school tour to this terrific venue.”

“We were very pleased with how well our school tours went last year and we would not hesitate to recommend kids cook as a school tour for others. We particularly like the food science section, which tied in nicely with the curriculum.
The cookery school was clean, warm, child-friendly and inviting. The cookery teachers were engaging and all the children were actively participating and enjoying themselves. The feedback from the children was really positive.
We appreciated your flexibility in tailoring the day to suit our needs and fixed budget.
I was impressed at the regard shown for any children we had with special needs or special dietary requirements. I have no doubt our school will visit kids cook again.”
